For this performance, you can purchase both a one-day ticket and a two-day ticket.
In order to purchase the two-day ticket, you will have to select Oct. 20th on the date and then select two-day ticket on the next step.
Please choose a date between Oct. 20th and 21st when you are purchasing a one-day ticket, for the one-day ticket will only be valid on the one day you have chosen.
You can only enter after you exchange your ticket to our bracelet on the day of the performance at the venue.
Arbitrary business transaction of the ticket is illegal. Neither the hosting companies nor the ticket sales company take responsibility for issues occurred during private dealings. We recommend you to purchase your ticket safely only through appointed ticket sales companies.
One individual must possess one ticket each and transferring or ceding one day from your two-day ticket to others is strictly prohibited. The responsibility of any loss or damage occurred while contravening this is fully yours, not the hosting companies.
The show will go on despite rain and there will be no rain check nor refund due to the rain. Only social weighty issues, calamity or natural disasters will stop the show.
This performance is rated G and free admission is granted to children under 7 years old only if they are accompanied by adults. Children from and over 7 years old must purchase their own ticket for admittance.
On the day of viewing the performance, children under 7 years old must show us their evidence material with their picture, name and date of birth such as their passport, medical insurance or any other official ID for free admission. Or else, the child will have to pay for a ticket at the venue for entrance.
The venue ticket box will start to exchange your tickets with the entrance bracelet from 10am, but the entrance gate will open from noon unless on account of unavoidable matters. You must have your reservation number and ID to receive your bracelet.
There are no designates seat for any audience in our festival. Please feel free to nestle down wherever you find cozy by order of arrival.
We will have two different bracelets for the two different days of performance and the time for you to enter or leave the venue will accordingly. You will not be able to enter with the bracelet for the wrong day.
After entering the entrance gate, you must wear your bracelet at all times and please be aware that it will not be reissued though you have lost or damaged it. (You will wear one same bracelet for the two days if you have purchased a two-day ticket.)
Before entering the gate, we will be examining if you are carrying anything you are not allowed to.
You may use mats or blankets to sit on but it is limited to 1m*1mper two persons. As for chairs, only ground chairs without legs are allowed and tents, shade canopies, picnic tables or portable chairs with legs are not allowed from and in the gate.
Having your seat saved and being away from your seat for a long time not only may disturb or interrupt others but also has possibility of losing your belongings so please make sure you look after your own belongings including your blankets or mats when leaving your seat.
We, the hosting company, is not responsible for any accident or theft and loss occurred by your own carelessness. Please be aware of your own safety and valuables.
Please be sensible to abstain from disturbing other audience. Anyone who is considered as an obstructive factor to performers or audience who are trying to enjoy the performance, strict and strong sanctions will be imposed or sent off by marshals and staffs if necessary. Please be aware that, in this case of leave there can never be a refund.
Please refrain from using umbrellas unless it is raining for open umbrellas can disturb or hurt other audience. Mind that marshals and staffs may restrain you from doing so.
Although you may take commemorative photographs in generic level, taking photos/videos or recordings of the performance with specialized technical equipment or in any other way of disturbing the performer or other audience will be strictly prohibited and firmly restricted by marshals and staffs due to copyrights and portrait rights.
No tripods, large scale lighting systems nor superscopes are allowed.
No admittance to pets. (Only guide dogs are welcome.)
Smoking is only allowed at designated smoking areas.
There will be a secondary bracelet that will only be given after an ID check to approve your feasibility of entering the smoking areas along with purchasing alcohol.
Official photos and videos of both artists and audience will be taken and filmed constantly during the festival for some to be utilized on and offline to publicize the Starlight Musical Festival in the future. Please be aware and understanding that you can be exposed to the public. |
